I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with the training that Shannon provided for my Lab, Bentley. He was almost 3 yrs old and very confused before he came for training. He would bark and growl at everyone and everything. He was very close to biting people and would go into attack mode anytime someone got near me. On walks I could not control him at all and he would drag me on the leash. When I picked Bentley up from training, he was the same dog only now he had manners. After 6 months, he still knows all of his commands and has become a much more socialized dog. Shannon has always followed up with his progress and made sure I was still taking an active roll in his training. Even on the hard days, Shannon was always there to help.

Dear Mrs. Shannon,

Thank you for helping us teach Spunky how to do new things. I love being in you class. You're a great teacher. Thank you for helping us prepare for the AKC CGC (Canine Good CItizen) test. Spunky has fallen in love with you. I do not know how he will react when we stop bringing him.Keep up the great work.

I just returned from a walk in the neighborhood.  She got applause from the workers at a home because:

1) She responded to a Spanish command

2)  she did not go when they called her but stayed obedient to me

3) she sat, then went to down on command

4) she never reacted to any of the 6 workers outside

5) she heeled when I was ready to start walking again.

As we were leaving the workers all clapped for her!  

That is only possible because of you!
